INTEC Engineering is a division of The Heerema Group who provides marine construction, fabrication, marine transport and infrastructure projects worldwide. INTEC's corporate structure is set up as a group of smaller companies operating in cities around the world including Houston, Kuala Lumpur, Delft, Rio de Janeiro, Perth, and London.

All Operating offices work in close cooperation and exchange their specific expertise and staff as needed to successfully complete engineering projects.

INTEC believes in using project-supporting systems, consisting of INTEC's knowledge base, project services and information management. The knowledge base defines INTEC's expertise in a given area of technology. Project support services include internal procedures and software for project management, cost control, procurement and construction supervision. Our information system consists of technical and project documentation files and the communication and computer network which connects all INTEC offices, project locations and staff.

A key factor in the success of our organization is the reliable dissemination of information through the development and maintenance of databases and a good internal communication system.
