3D Design Capabilities
INTECSEA has full 3D design and engineering capabilities for all disciplines including structural, piping systems, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical.
We use AutoCAD 3D and Aveva Plant (PDMS) to support full drawing and data production on multi-disciplinary projects. By utilizing standard and uniform project tools, INTECSEA maximizes the synergies of sharing engineering resources between our offices whilst at the same time maintaining quality.
We support visualization tools like AutoDesk Maya, XSI and 3D Studio Max to demonstrate proof of concept and supply design progress throughout the life cycle of our projects.
All of the INTECSEA standard and reusable data, such as support standards, piping catalogues, design templates and drawing rules are included in a company master PDMS project. This master project can either be replicated to create a new stand-alone project, or referenced from other existing engineering projects. This gives us the advantage of quick deployment of new projects.
INTECSEA has executed workshare projects with offices around the globe. These workshare projects use the Aveva PDMS global services to manage common models between offices within the WorleyParsons network and with our clients.
The workshare and global capabilities allow INTECSEA to quickly respond to the requirements of projects that demand local content. This capability is unique in companies that design and engineer in our markets.
