INTEC personnel also have provided consulting services to numerous clients who utilized a Single Point Mooring (SPM) for loading and offloading of export and import tankers. INTEC recently was responsible for the engineering and installation of a tandem mooring system for the Lasmo Panuke Cohasset FSO and dedicated shuttle tankers, offshore Eastern Canada, and for upgrading the system for year round operations. As a result, INTEC can evaluate offtake alternatives in a creditable and objective manner.
